Please kindly enlighting or advise me and others who need to know in this forum if there was any easy technology solution that could have helped to prevent such Bombs to have gone off in such a public gathering given the fact that Bombs are now used as tactics to cause fear on our politicians?

How can we prevent such things from happening again in the future?

Someone recommended that for such large gathering, the organizers could install a simple device that could jam frequencies so that the terrorist cannot detonate the bomb remotely. Is it possible my people?
