How Jumia And UBA Ate My N5,557 by MountainView: 12:58pm On Dec 06, 2019
There is this purchase I made for someone I know on the 18-11-2019 with an order ID 363748988
After the payment, I noticed that I didn't receive any debit alert, then checked my account balance realized that I have been debited N5,557

a few days later (21-11-2019), I went to the bank to credit my account. when I received my credit alert I noticed that another N5,557 was missing,
went back to the bank and realized that Jumia debited me again and the bank guy said I should wait for 10 working days, yesterday 5-12-2019 made it 10 working days, I had to contact UBA customer care online and this was what I was told by the online agent

"Kindly issue this STAN to the merchant- 932218333311 / 000000268401."

called Jumia this morning and the stupid thing is that I had to wait while my Airtime was burning like WTF??
I exhausted my Airtime while talking to those MotherFuckers, the customer care agent sent me an email requesting for some info
sent it to them next thing i received another email saying that the email address is no longer valid and will not be responded to
Called their customer care agent again and during the call my airtime exhausted and I've spent close to N500 calling these Guys

Please is this not fraud/ public theft and it's peak??
