My brother was refused a US visa to attend our other brother's wedding in the US. They haven't even seen in 10years....It would have been a good time to meet again.. I feel so sad. He has been denied 2 times.....Any hope?

Check the reason for denial and work on that .

they know he will likely not come back after the wedding.

It seems he's not having a good job here that's the reason for refusal, no real ties back home. They know he won't return after the wedding. Tell him to speak to your brother through video call instead. Take heart

Is your brother in the state a citizen? If no, automatic refusal. If yes, he must have strong evidence and reasons of returning. E.g

Working culture or self employed with legit documents back up. (if self employed, business should have a company name registered with CAC having obtained RC number).

Fat saving account (salary/treasury/business/company).

Properties with proof documents and certificates (land, house, shares, concrete investments, other source of income, etc).

Age and marital status are important too. Being single have a slim chance of getting visa except he's a teenager or a kid. Adult single attracts suspense, it speaks volume of no return even if his intention of returning is pure. The interviewers are psycologists. Reason, some men obtain "arrangee marriage" as an adult.

Lastly, other factors includes fear, shyness, bad body language, appearance, inability to look eye-o-eye on the interviewer, & inability to hear the interviewer. BOLDNESS AND FREE SPIRIT MINDSET TO RESPOND WELL MATTERS.

They only give visa to those who don't need it. Like those who are already balling hard in Nigeria, everyone else na dustbin their paper dey enter.
