Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamm’at Nigeria starts their Annual National Conference (Jalsa Salana) Today 20th of December 2019 which will last for three day in Ilaro Town of Ogun state along Owode-Ilaro road, Ilaro.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a World Wide Islamic Organization, they have members across the continents, Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, North America and Australia.
Jalsa Salana (Urdu: جلسہ سالانہ‎; English: Annual Gathering) is the formal, annual gathering of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community initiated by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, founder of the community who claimed to be the Promised Messiah and Mahdi of the end days. Usually, the gathering spans over three days, beginning on Friday after the Friday Sermon.
Different countries of these Continents holds thires separately at different times.
Thousands of participants attends this program yearly including members and non members within and outside the country.
Two years ago, that was 2017 former President of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo graced this august occasion and likewise the Vice President of Republic Nigeria professor Yemi Osinbajo graced this program in 2018 with political icons like the current Executive Governor of Ogun State Dapo Abiodun among others including Royal leaders.
