I inserted a Fifa19 disk so it upgraded to 5.55 from 5.05 so now I can't play games on my console please is it possible to downgrade back to 5.05

Hey sorry to hear that this happened to you. I've had problems like that last year. It was honestly really scary since there were so many hour spent playing the game and to just have to start from scratch was unimaginable and honestly very upsetting. There is a way to hack it back though I think. When I was trying to find a way to downgrade I found a lot of mentions of a website called Spel Hacks and people were recommending it as a good way of hacking the majority of modern console and mobile games. it will end in tears brother. Sony has made sure that ps4 firmware cannot be downgraded. Don't attempt to do more harm than you've already done. If you brick your console, it's as good as useless. My advice is to start buying disks or swap in your console for a hacked one. Take care brother
