The minimum number of people to be included in it is five and it will costs $240 per person.

I am looking for four interested people to partner with so that we can pay for it and be able to have access to over 3500 courses.

Udemy is good and worth the fee, but YouTube is great and free.
Good concept though the one I would have preferred is the one that allows you download courses for a fraction of the proposed $48 per person.

Courses always come with pdfs and there are test questions to check your knowledge of each chapter. Those are some of the reasons I prefer Udemy for now.
