AMAC Chairman Urges Residents To Emulates Christ Virtues

The Executive Chairman Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Abdullahi Adamu Candido has urged AMAC Residents to emulate Christ Virtues as they celebrate His birthday saying that they should reflect Christ character in their relationship with one another and their sense of responsibility to the nation as citizens.

Candido made this plea while delivering his Christmas Message to its residents, adding that the season is a season of love, peace and joy of the salvation that Jesus Christ brought to humanity and should be celebrated by reciprocating this love to man kind as Christ loves us.

Jesus Christ was sent to us to redeem the people and to assure us of internal and everlasting life so I encourage the residents of the AMAC to imbibe the vartures of Christmas as a season and to emulate Jesus Christ character and conduct and be our brothers keepers.

He however said that this season is not a season for self- destruction or vices that are negative we are not taught to be unruling by Jesus Christ but we are told to be modest, live a peaceful life and if only we want to imbibe the virtue of Jesus Christ I think this season is one Excellent season that we should demonstrate love to one another and ensure we avoid those negative tendencies that will lead us into crime and criminalities.
