People actually talk about the date they got saved, which is the best. But must someone remember his date of salvation as a proof he is born again. What of those illiterates who got saved in the village, must they keep dates? Again, the only biblical proof of salvation is a visible change of lifestyle by the blood of Jesus Christ.

Those who insist that unless a person knows the how? why? when? and where? of his salvation he is not saved, are faced with the impossible task of explaining away the godly and consistent lives of many Christians who can not recall the when and where of their conversion! We must constantly keep in mind the fact that salvation is not an experience, but in a person, for it is written, "He that hath the Son hath life" 1 John 5:12
