#MamadorBreakfastSeries – Expert Nutritionists and Food Entrepreneur Dish out Some Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Expert Nutritionist, AskDamz and Healthy Food entrepreneur, Nelly Agbogu have put together a healthy breakfast calendar of some amazing recipes you can make, using the Mamador Light Fat Spread, with step by step instructions on how each recipe is prepared.

For the past few weeks, Nelly Agbogu of NELLIES and Adedamola Ladejobi (AskDamz) have been telling us about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast and why the Mamador Light Fat Spread with its creamy texture and nutritional values should be the number one breakfast option for children and adults.

Not stopping at just teaching about the health benefits of eating breakfast, both nutritionists have gone a step further, to put together a breakfast calendar of some healthy and tasty recipes that make use of the Mamador Light Fat Spread.

According to NELLIES, these recipes are easy to prepare, and not time consuming, especially since your wards and children have to get to school on time and parents also cannot afford to get to work late. They also say that there is no hard and fast rules on how these meals can be prepared.

When you refuse to be diligent and be a master of your work at your young age, you would use your old age to be serving people and doing houseboy work.

Look at this OP. He has been a political lackey since 2003 when he was supporting Obanikoro. He is the most unstable political poster on Nairaland and had become a nuisance. Even his people in the PDP don't trust him. He wasted his life arguing politics on Nairaland, see where he is today? A paid hack for an ororo company.

What kind of nutritional advices are they giving? If you eat the above for breakfast, what would you have for lunch? who eats wraps, doughnuts and burgers for breakfast??

Those are lunch and snack packs but then I forgot that people would ‘hammer’ eba or akpu for breakfast.

Better still boiled yam, cocoyam, unripe plantain and meatless stew or palm oil with salt.
If you want to go light- ogi agbado or ogi baba with akara or moimoi or beans aka adalu ewa.
Less money, saves the naira and plenty health.
Can you beat that?

I dey wonder myself how someone with a basic bachelors in Psychology just dey call herself a Nutritionist or Dietitian like that. Nigeria, the country where people give themselves any title anyhow without having the educational qualifications.
