I have been experiencing poor Internet service from 9mobile for a couple of days. I thought is my location Ojodu Ikeja to be precise. Even their 4GLTE that is as fast as light crawled like injured snail. I received message from customer care service apologizing for poor internet service. Apology is accepted anyway, but will they compesate for poor service experienced the way MTN did? See the message below

9mobile is very expensive yet very poor

I wanted to create a thread because of this, but I felt maybe I was the only one experiencing this.
The network has really been frustrating. I had to switch to my Airtel.

Just use an airtel sim
