Please one of my friend had diploma certificate in Theology from his church, he asked me whether its proper to add it to his CV.
People around him have divided opinion about it, some said he can add it since its an additional knowledge for him, while some said its a turn off that it makes someone look too religious since he is not applying for any job that requires it.

Please note! His first degree is Agricultural Economics and had MBA after. He is currently working in a bank and got his Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) last year.

Is it necessary to still add Diploma Certificate in Theology to his CV?
Can the certificate in any way be positive in his CV?
