I observe that i easily have cramps from my thigh down to my ankle and toes anytime im in a tight environment especially if im travelling and were 4 in a row or even 3 atimes. im not obese and im of normal body size and structure, what can be be cause and how can i cure or prevent it.

The problem of cramps you have described is caused by compromised blood flow causing oxygen deficit to tissues below the point of compression. You need to occupy a more spacious sit in the bus or vehicle where you can move your limbs from time to time to enable free flow of blood. Drugs are not required.
