Hello every one. I will like to know the place of PGD (for HND HOLDERS) in the Nigerian education. Is PGD whole in itself or you have to hold a Masters Degree before its recognition?

Its a step forward. Its not complete/ whole package. Though its considered higher than a HND,i think employers see it as 'the same' with a Bsc or slightly higher.
To be on the same pedestal,jst go on with the masters.
