A 47-year old man, Obed Chukwumezie, has landed in trouble after he was allegedly caught for using his finger to penetrate his neighbour’s 4-year old girl in FESTAC area of Lagos. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at 403 Road, C Close, House 43, in FESTAC town where they reside. Police sources said the suspect, Chukwumezie, reportedly lured the victim, removed her pant, inserted his finger into her private part to in order to satisfy his sexual desire and was caught in the act.
