CONSTRUCTION OF 2UNITS OF 2BEDROOM BUNGALOW (IKORODU) .

there is an existing structure, so we would be pulling down the existing structure.

After demolition yesterday.
Today would be doing a bit of cut and fill to fill up a portion of the land with ditch.

we have two problems on this land, it's a sloppy land and partly swampy.


Although during dry season, the land is dry. But at the moment we are filling the lower portion of the land with hardcore.In our case it's broken blocks.
