Religious administrator Oyonnude Kure, Edo State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) was on Monday night returned for a second term with only one vote, scoring 27 votes to get agents' certification for his official to serve second term.

Kure and his exco barely got away by scoring 27 votes to proceed in office as against 26 that didn't need him to proceed for a subsequent term.

True Christians do everything in a PEACEFUL atmosphere!
They will not quarrel over chairmanship of the group. Though this happened in the first century while Jesus was still teaching them physically, that's why he corrected their thinking! Matthew 23:11; Luke 22:26

In the early twentieth century when Jesus returned to cleanse the spiritual temple (pure worship) the same thing happened and he corrected them just as he did in the first century.

So ever since then true Christians are at PEACE with one another regarding the headship of their global group.

It was the Pharisees (false religious Jewish setting) that always have issues regarding the chairmanship of their group. In the first century, it's the Roman empire that chooses the next person to head that group because whatever happens in that group affects the politics of the province. That's why the same thing is happening today in false religions claiming Christians, the politicians determines who heads the churches of Christendom, in order to ensure that they always control their adherents!

True Christians have no business with the world so worldly politicians have no say in their gathering, in fact Politicians know little or nothing about true Christianity!
