I have this step brother who came back from Libya. He started staying with me in December 2018. Initially, he said he would stay a month and sort himself to move to another country. 1 month has turned to 1 year and 3 months.

He sent money and I bought a small land. Over a space of 4 years, in 2015, we completed a 2 bedroom bungalow. He then asked me to move there with my family. I was previously staying in a room and parlor self contain. He said he has no intention of coming back to Nigeria. So I moved in with my family and we have being living here since.

In December 2018, Arabs attacked him in Libya and robbed him. He had to run back to Nigeria. He said he will stay a month and move to another Africa country. Now he has stayed over a year. He is inconveniencing my family and he is a threat to my daughters' safety. Please how do I send him away?

This was because he said he will stay briefly initially. My self and my wife use 1 room. Our daughters use the second room. It was possible to vacate our daughters to our room and be 5 in a room. He knows that. He is OK staying in the sitting room.

I think family is overrated in Africa there r some family member that secretly do not wish you well but because of your big heart and you got rich before them you won’t notice that envy jealous hatred running in there blood... imagine I helped my brother out of a big problem worth 360k risking my car now he’s free and he put me back into same problem bleep me up big time I still haven’t complete the money that’s the burden family caused us but my hope is on God
