You do know there is shared/joint custody, right? The mother may have primary custody especially since Davido has a job and is always on the road.
But Chioma cannot deny him visits or access to his son. His son will continue to bear his name and non other's.
Hope you also realise he has 2 baby mamas already, and Chioma is the 3rd.
One of his children is even on another continent where they follow the law, yet he still hasn't lost custody to that child and still has access to her.
He hasn't lost custody of his other children, so why would you think he would lose custody of his child with Chioma if he doesn't marry her?
