There's a huge difference between shootings in the US and insecurity in Nigeria. In the US, every citizen has a second amendment right...right to bear arm. But in Nigeria, only a segment of the population -Fulani Herdsmen- is allowed to bear arm. Let every Nigerian be allowed to carry a firearm and let's see whether we would be talking about insecurity in Nigeria again.
