Vacancy for a School Administrator in an International standard school in Kaduna


Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields

Good working knowledge of Computer applications and the internet

At least 4 years’ Administrative experience in Managerial position with proven track record of success

High energy, highly motivated personality but a stickler for rules

Good communicator – verbal and written

Ability to design Staff Policies

Must be Proactive

Must be highly organized especially with staff documentation

Must have the ability to Multitask

Must be flexible and willing to learn


Responsibilities:
The Administrator will be responsible for promoting and delivering the school vision, targets and goals as agreed with the School Board.

The Administrator will be responsible for the overall leadership of the school in order to ensure a high quality of education for all its Pupils, a positive work environment for Staff Members is maintained while continuing to raise the standards of achievement.

The Administrator should provide an environment in which all Staff and Pupils are enabled to achieve their full potential.
