Help With Costing Of 4 Bedroom Bungalow by grafixdon: 1:35pm On Mar 04, 2020
Hello Nairalanders,

Please I need your assistance with costing of 4 bedroom bungalow somewhere at Agbara.

See attached pictures.

So far I've spent 600k plus for 3 coaches level which I think is very expensive compare to what I'd read on this site. Now the engineer is asking for another 810k for German floor.

Kindly help me do the costing so I won't be ripoff.

Thank you.

Don't talk to anyone for any BOQ, I managed mine by 'playing to the script'. Don't buy those materials in bulk the way it is listed, do it gradually, you won't buy up to that quantity. What you should negotiate is the 'workmanship'.

Re: Help With Costing Of 4 Bedroom Bungalow by dandy2222: 9:04pm On Mar 06, 2020
300-400k could do dt thing am seeing there. D quotation is high. 30-40 bags of cement, 2 trips of sand , 1 trip of gravel, 8lengths of 12mm rod, 1,500 blocks at most and 30-50k labour cost can comfortably achieve dt. So u can check d cost of dis materials urself .
