Coronavirus has reportedly resurfaced even after patients had fully recovered...

I think they should keep the patient under observation for a few months before releasing him into the public cos he may spread it fast if the virus reappears.

Discharge him and send him back to his country

Better... But then deportation would mean an infringement on his fundamental human rights... It would be unlawful.

Over 3000 infected people in China have also recovered. There is no cure, but people recover.

We have heard like Legends like Patrick Sawyer, the man who broke guiness record by bringing Ebola to Nigeria.
But this FG are telling us an Italian without mentioning the name or even showing his face. What an audio government.

An American journalist, lindau complained that she wasn't even questioned about her health at JFK airport after returning from Milan for coronavirus reportage

It is not inept dysfunctional Nigeria. It is the weather.
It is our weather protecting us!
Wuhan is a cold weather virus like the flu. By April when winter will be ending in these most affected countries the virus will ebb.
