Make sure say you bath well (rinse your body until soap base disappear) before applying day and night.

it's scabies infection and it must have been passed to you by an unknown sexual partner who doesn't know she have it...it itches you mostly at night.....try using the cream acneaway and bug a separate sponge to scrub the place when taking your bath....
