Job Title: Onboarding Manager - Logistics

Job Description

Onboarding Manager is directly responsible for acquiring and retaining transporters on the aggregation platform.
We prefer a candidate who has worked with transporters in Nigeria and has good references/ contacts for these transporters.
Responsibilities

Identifying potential transporters from various sources like yellow pages, online research, word of mouth, etc. and preparing a plan to meet the target number of transporters by cold calling them and scheduling meetings.
Visiting transporters and interviewing them with a predesigned questionnaire.
Maintaining a database of the transporters captured along with the feedback received on the questionnaire.
Maintain regular touch with the visited transporters.
Plan and execute onboarding seminars for the transporters identified.
Prepare daily reports for management of the progress achieved.
Should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities and also change in location anywhere across Nigeria in the near future.
Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
