The Nigerian man who reportedly showed symptoms of coronavirus after attending the 7th edition of the AMVCA last weekend, has gone public with his own side of the story. Recall that gutysnaij had yesterday reported how that a documentary producer warned of a suspected case of coronavirus who might have attended the AMVCA and had contact with a number of Nigerian celebrities. According to Ifeoma Chukwuogo, the man flew in from the UK and is now suffering from coronavirus symptoms, but has refused to call in the NCDC to get tested. Documentary photographer, Seun O has confirmed that he has been feeling unwell since Sunday March 15, barely a day after self-isolating. Seun who explained how that he was referred to the Lagos State Government after he went to Lagoon hospital in Victoria Island to get tested, he also confirmed that screenshots of a Whatsapp chat which has gone viral online was a conversation he had with a friend. Why did the friend spread the message? Does this mean we no longer understand friendship? |

But common sense will tell you that an event like this is a good way to spread the virus. People will come from all over the world to attend, and one or two people will carry the virus into the venue. My thoughts are with those celebrities that hugged and shook this guy. Even the girls that collected pecks on the cheek. They are all on the hot seat. 3 Likes |
