S8+ uses snapdragon or exynos you just have the find the one that uses either of them.
S8 is a tad too old TBH but it's not a bad phone

Op stop peddling wrong information. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has not been released globally and as such, you cannot get it in Nigeria. Your best bet is global shops like Amazon and Ali Express.
