I've wet the bed irregularly throughout my whole life, with some dry periods, but 8 years ago I started wetting the bed regularly again, which hadn't been the case since about 3rd grade, and I had to start wearing diapers again on a daily basis.

Who has gone through this, any advice, please? Thanks

This is not normal in any way my brother... With strict discipline, you can overcome this. Set your alarm to wake you up every hour at night to ease yourself. With thay you'll be on top of it

And most importantly, don’t pee in ur dreams!

What's your water intake like? Minimize it; urinate before going to bed.

It means you're competing with your kids in bed wetting.
See, you need help. Go see a specialist at the clinic. They need to run some test on you.

All you need now is prayer and seek for medical assistant.

This may not be spiritual, and you may just need to take some preventive measures to end it..
First thing is to always stop urinating in ur dreams (this one is very important), then try to avoid letting the urine flow to where ur daughter's urine is(should incase she bedwet also), u may lose her, -superstitutional tho..
sleep late, and ensure u urinate atleast twice be4 going to bed, u can stay up till 1:30am to 2..
Then, stop sleeping deep so as to increase the level of ur consciousness while asleep..

It's not a serious issue

Its possible ur spinster muscle controlling urine retention is weak. Simple routine release and hold exercise during urination can strenghthen d muscle. Best to go for a medical chk up though. Wish u best result

Either medical or spiritual problem just try the two.
