So let's assume the car fails your expectations - :

Would you?

- Return car and expect your 50K?
- Expect a deduction from the 50K (hire charge)
- Car develops major fault in your custody, would you pay balance or walk away
- Car does not develop any fault, but gets stolen.... Would you still pay balance?

What faults would be deemed major in this proposal and what faults would be considered minor...


To consider it a breach and valid reasons to break off contract of sale?
