Hello Everyone,

I noticed recently that each time I load a new data on my MTN, I noticed the data just evaporates without much usage on the line. MY device accounting records very much less usage, compared to what MTN system states. I have called customer care severally, they are not helpful at all.

Has anyone noticed this, or is it only me? Please we need to monitor our data, especially those who subscribe for high volume of data.

Yes MTN steal your data , I have noticed several times

Everyone I know who uses MTN has also experienced this too!

Their customer care will try to lie to you that you used it and convince you to check you Android device but trust me when you take the time to monitor it, the data deductions mtn makes just doesn't add up

MTN staff steal this data and resell somehow that's my suspicion but trust me, MTN lines steal you purchased or borrowed data

Solution is to Port your number to another network or just stop using data on your MTN line

Airtel is the best... I can be extorted by a foreigner when I have better ibdegeneous networks here

Its just annoying.
