Whenever I hear or read Trump, incompetent racist always comes to mind. WHO declared PHIEC in January. Was it WHO that told him it is ordinary flu? Was it WHO that told him to disolve US agency in charge of global epidemic? We all know he disolved the agency because of his hatred for Africans.
