When you've written codes for a while, how do you refresh?

My eyes are doing some funny movements.

I drink tea and malt... Then sleep!!!

NB: I make use of my 52" TV for my visual display to avoid straining my eyes lest it starts to ache

I basically sleep and when I wake, I get new concepts.

Just looking for any organization to attach myself even though the pay is little so I can be able to buy data, hosting plan.

It's not really easy
