Hunger aside, I can say that I have suffered the most from this lockdown.
I sold my car just before the lockdown in Lagos State with the hope of buying a new car in a few days but unfortunately the lockdown happened and it became difficult for me to buy a car since I won't be able to inspect it personally.
So since then, I have been jumping bike up and down, and one recently threw me into a drainage due to his reckless riding. Work has been slow cuz I can't attend meetings that are far from my office. It's so annoying to say the least.

Luckily for me, I have successfully purchased the car with all the papers complete with the help of a police officer and an old friend but the issue now is bringing it down to Ondo state through the notorious Lagos to Benin road.

I spoke to a driver about it and he explained how police have been showing them Pepe on that road since lockdown.

I just can't take it anymore. Someone should please suggest to me how I can get this car to Ondo state. And if you're a police officer that can escort a driver to Ondo without issues, I'm willing to pay you to do this for me.

Thank you everyone for your inputs, so to update you guys, I have made an arrangement with a police officer to bring the car to Ondo tomorrow. After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to 25k minus fueling.
I pray it all goes well in the morning and if it doesn't, I'm screwed.

I trust him with the car though but if he get stuck and they send him back, my 25k is probably gone cuz he won't return my money since he tried.

Something you can do with ease after 4th of May, is what you are so strung up over. Well, different folks, different strokes. You won't die if that car is not available, I hope you know.

I noticed you reside in Ondo state. I'm presently in makurdi going to ibadan. The only route available is moving to akure and from akure to ibadan.

Yes bro, once you get to Akure safely, you should be able to get to Ibadan. There is no lockdown in Ondo state. But the only tip I'll give you is to make sure you wake up as early as 6am and go to the park by 7am. The buses only move early in the morning. They will encounter some problems at the Ondo state toll gate but they will get through eventually. If you're driving your private car, give them 1k at the tollgate and they will hail you baba oo.

But this is not guaranteed cuz police on duty changes every time and who knows the ones that are there now. But one things is certain, moving within Ondo state is not an issue at all.
