It will be recalled that Kogi State is one the state with zero cases of Covid-19 Pandemic in Nigeria.
As the Governor of the state claimed to have developed an App for Covid-19 assessment instead of building an isolation center! The traditionalists in the state Thought it will be best to take precautions by sacrificing a dog to the gods to prevent the state from the deadly Coronavirus pandemic.
