Assuming you and UmarSEO are NOT one and the same person; it is wrong for you to say you wont pay him and your other writers because of this issue. It doesn't concern them at all. They delivered their part of the deal and good business ethics demand that you pay your suppliers while you sort your issues with your customer (Fred). You should be appealing to them to give you some time to sort out the issues, not speaking to them in such a rude and inconsiderate manner, as if they didn't labour to execute your job.

When Doris reported her issue with Funlord here some days back, you objected strongly to Fun.lord's position of implying that he won't pay Doris because his customer didn't pay him, but here you are doing the exact same thing. Maybe you should just direct your writers to Fred to get paid then.
