I can also give recipe and procedure for chinchin flakes and gurundi but have not tried it.I only learnt it from a friend.

Recipe for sisi pelebe ( groundnut candy).

Groundnut
Sugar.

Preparation

Blend your roasted groundnut to paste.
If you want it smooth just like the one you posted.

Use a non stick fry pan to avoid sticking to the pot.
Put your pot on the fire pour sugar inside and melt on low heat..
Pour the blended groundnut in the sugar and mix till it brown in colour ..

Note .the sugar should be more than the groundnut.
Don't allow it to cold because it will be hard to cut.
Take it from the pan and flattened with a rolling pin and cut to your desired shape.

Peanut

Raw groundnut 1/2 paint
Egg 5
Sugar 1 cup
Milk I cup but then they use milk flavour
Salt to taste
Water
Flour 500 grams
Groundnut oil.
Baking powder 1 tbs

Preparation
If you are using powdered milk ,dissolved with a cup of water.
Break the egg in a bowl mix with sugar and little salt to taste.mix very well .

Add your mixture of egg sugar salt to milk then mix all together.

If it is thick add little water.

In a big bowl seive the flower and baking powder mix well.
In another bigger bowl pour your already selected groundnut( you will select the bad ones).
Add little mixture of egg sugar salt milk to the groundnut
Flip it up using your two hand to hold the side of the bowl ,then add two handfuls of flour,flip again to mix well. Continue till the mixture and flour is finish and your groundnut is well coated.
Your peanut is to fry
Deep fry till it is brownish.

Ingredients
Yellowcorn a cup
Sugar two TBS
Chilli pepper a pinch.
Salt
Groundnut oil

Preparation
Pick stone and dirt from the dry corn and blend dry.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

put water in a pot to boil.pour the cornflour turn it like you are making semo or amala.
Put down the pot and transfer the cook dough into a flat board.allow it cool then knead with your hand.


Cut little from the dough and roll with your palm.roll thin and long..

you can rub cornflour or oil in your hand to avoid sticking to your palm.
Carefully drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
don't stir immediately to avoid breaking.

Groundnut oil.one bottle 450

Groundnut 300
Sugar.we would be using from the one cup.

I will blend the groundnut for the sisipelebe in the market because I don't have a blender.
