i recently replaced my dvd rom it worked fine but to my shock it is no longer being recognized by my laptop, it says dat d driver is missing, what do i do i use a hp g7000. the dvd is a IDE\CDROMTSSTCORP_CDDVDW_TS-L632H________________TO01____\5&1E8AA5EB&0&0.0.0 and the error code is 39. pls help |

Its easy just go to their website to download the driver. The driver is a link that helps the PC to recognise and communicate with the DVD drive, Let me see if i can download it for you, if its not too large i will send it to your box if u can provide your email |

u can reformat d system may virus is on the sysytem try that first let see what happen |
