A friend asked me d local solution to dis problem: dat his twin brother complain a lot about his breath/mouth smelling. I replied him 2 giv me a little time knowin fully well dat I'll hav clue on NL.

He should brush his teeth twice a day i.e once before breakfast and the other after dinner. When brushing he should not use soft or baby brush as this would not remove any food debris or bacteria. He should used a good mouth wash like listerine sold for N650 everytime he brushes or feel the need to use it. In place of the mouth wash, he can as well use hydrogen peroxide mixed with water to gargle twice a day (morning and night). Orbit chewing gum should also be his best friend for awhile. Above all these, he should observe personal hygiene oralwise. I hope this helps. Take care

If you are looking for a best treatment of bad breath, so you must drink plenty of water and eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Proper brushing with right toothpaste can be also good. You must be also avoid smoking and chewing tobacco.
