Piece of land 120ft by 60ft is 110meter perimeter approximately. A roll of America concertina is 15meter @ #12,000 and #10,500 respectively(same measurement but different quality). 110m÷15m=8 rolls, approximately. The Y-angle iron is better to be installed when the coping(fence cover) is going on, the installer can also lay it but it would require breaking of the coping which may leads to minor crack if the block is not strong enough.
