Involuntary Emission Of Sperm or Sperm Leakage (Eda)
Sperm leakage/involuntary emission of sperm in women is called Eda in Yoruba language. Eda literally means “to pour” in English language. This condition is not recognized in medical world, in fact, it is regarded as normal.
According to Yorubic Medicine, sperm leakage/involuntary emission of sperm can prevent conception. Many women with unexplained infertility may experience sperm leakage (Eda) and are probably told that sperm leakage (eda) is normal and cannot be the cause of their infertility.
Admittedly, it is possible to conceive if the sperm leakage is not in excess but once it is in excess, the sperm count for fertilization will reduce.
From experience of both ancient and modern Yoruba medicine, sperm leakage (eda) is behind some cases of female unexplained (idiopathic) infertility and also part of explained infertility.
Personally, I have treated women with this condition and they got pregnant afterwards, including some of my female relatives. Yoruba medicine divides sperm leakage (eda) into two types as follows:
1. Eda idubule (sperm leakage while lying down). This form of sperm leakage is experienced immediately or few minutes after sex. The husband’s sperm will come back while the wife is still lying down.
2. Eda iduro or inaro (sperm leakage/emission while standing). This form of sperm leakage (eda) can be experienced when the woman stands up either immediately or later. It can even come out the following day.

Symptoms of sperm leakage/emission (Eda)
There are no major symptoms other than leakage/emission of the sperm itself in excess from the private part of the woman.

The mode of diagnosis of this condition in Yoruba Medicine is question and answer. The Yorubic Medicine expert asks the woman her experience immediately after sex and later after standing up. From the woman’s answers, he will be will be able to establish if the woman has sperm leakage (Eda).
Treatment of Sperm Leakage/Emission in Yorubic Medicine.
There are several Yorubic Medicine herbal formulations in the forms of powder, liquid, soap and herbal insertion tablet for the purpose). The powders and liquids are usually taken orally while the insertion tablet will be inserted in the vaginal and the herbal soap will be using to wash her private part following day of insertion.
Depending on the responsiveness of your body, the sperm leakage/emission may reduce or stop entirely.
