They are incompetent. Competency doesn’t just mean having the skills to cut someone open and suture back.

This man obviously has mental health issues with a history of ingesting objects. When he complained of pain and said that he swallowed an ear plugs/head set.....this is an emergency situation and radiology/radiography dept should be his next destination before any other intervention.
An abdominal X-ray would’ve revealed the foreign object in his bladder. It was unprofessional not to have referred him to ED X-ray first and secondly when you see the fb in that area, you should know he wouldn’t have swallowed that. That’s different route. Swallowed charger wouldn’t appear in the bladder rather in the rectum or it’ll get stuck somewhere in the large bowels. The charger wouldn’t sit in his rectum like that if he swallowed it assuming we want to make excuses for the baby doctor who couldn’t tell the difference between GIT and KUB.

Bladder means one thing...he inserted the lead into his penis and urethra.

Doctors didn’t need him to tell the truth to know. X-ray would’ve showed that.

Indians have great doctors but in this case, their management messed up.

Most people reading this are not much different from the man. At some point, sex has made everyone do stupid things and many would still do more stupid things.

We want sexual freedom, we got sexual freedom and now everyone turned into sexual slaves.
We now live in a world where majority go about with sexual chains around their necks and wrists.

Men with compulsive urge to rape, women with insatiable sexual urge, people who can't go a few days/week/month without sex/masturbation, incest, bestiality, homosexuality, fetish, bsdm, sexual imagination, paedophilia, Coprophilia, porn addiction.
Some women have the urge to be rough-handled and dominated. Sexual self-harm, body insertions, body piercing.
Some women can no longer breastfeed their own children in peace, shameless perverts with despicable behaviors that do not befit a human being. I won't go on with the numerous list.
I look around and I see sexual slaves and reprobates everywhere.

Sex has wrecked a tangible amount of most people's lives, taken tangible part of your time, energy, money and progress. It has made you stoop so low many times, to mixing with people you wouldn't have wanted. Professors turning to dirty underaged girls, high ranked women turning to their gatemen, some have even had affairs with mentally challenged individuals.

Check that list, you should definitely fall into one or more category.
If we take away sex from people's lives, everyone would be far higher and better than what you're now.

Do we really have sexual freedom? I think the Holy Book is right afterall, you think it's dumb but when you toil round, you later discover it's the truth.
Freedom is the power to do what is right, but when you seek freedom to do anyhow, you end up as slave.

Children of the world wanted freedom, they ended up as slaves. Always remain loyal to the instruction of God, you would later find out that it's the wisest thing. No go do pass yourself.
