Please anyone conversant with how Quickteller works. I have some cash trapped on Quickteller and unable to use it. I'm a bit of a newbie to this thing and everytime i try to withdraw or transfer it, it always requests my bank card or bank account details and doesnt give me any options to use the trapped cash. How do i remove my cash please.
