One of d juices I argued wit him about had NO SUGAR written on it so he was adamant it was healthy but if so y is is sweet if truelly there's no sugar??

that's strange. usually older people 60+ are put off by sweets and tend to prefer bitter stuff like kola nut lol.

He's kinda overweight sha, wit pot belly which I don't attribute to alcohol cos he doesn't drink. He's been like that for a while now.

I think you should try checking his blood sugar level. if it's normal then it might be fine. if it's high he should be motivated to stop eating too much sugar. because high blood sugar is very dangerous.

buy a glucose meter to do this or visit a clinic to get it done.
