- The Trump family have won today a temporary restraining order against their niece Mary Trump and her publishers to stop them from publishing her book

-A judge ruled on Tuesday that they had to refrain from 'publishing, printing or distributing' any copies of the book ahead of a hearing on July 10th 

-A spokesperson from Mary's publisher Simon & Schuster said it plans to 'immediately appeal' the decision 

-The book - titled Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man - is due to come out on July 28th 

-The ruling could delay its publication 

-Mary is the daughter of Trump's deceased older brother Fred Jr
