I was downloading some movies this morning using MTN network and I was surprised to see the downloading constantly reading 4M/s and above. Wow!

This is Airtel speed test. It depends on location

But this is even worse than what the guy posted.

That's upload speed. Download is 13.9Mbps

MTN and o2tvseries can frustrate me at night but come morning I've downloaded 2 series in 4 minutes.

Mbps is different from MBps... whenever you see Mbps you have to divide the number by 8 to give you the actual download speed which is 1.73MB/s so the guy is actually correct about your download speed.

Data rate are calculator in Mbps, file size in MBps. The speed test from my airtel network shows it to be 13.9Mbps for download which is even more than 4Ms (4Mbps) of the OP.

So my data rate is still better than the guys own because the 4Ms you see there is 4Mbps in full. But again, all these are subjectives as it depend on location and besides, data rate fluctuates.

Dude take a rest.. the two terms are different..your speed cant be more than 2mb/secs
anyway i get 6+mb/s on MTN steady

You need to take the same advice. Who is arguing terms with you? Do you have problems reading reading what I wrote? I said from the outset my data rate is 13.7Mb/s (not 13.7MB/s), who is arguing blindly here?

My speed can and has been more on a good day. By the way, who calculates data speed in B/s? Data rate is calculated in b/s, get your fact right dude. It can be b/s, Kb/s, Mb/s, Gb/s (never KB/s, MB/s, GB/s)
