It does, its either you are using a verve card or own a freedom account!

Or maybe your account does not support international payment.

I just submitted an app on playstore

Maybe you are using verve who have constantly promised to make their cards acceptable globally but failed. Get a MasterCard or visa card.

Download the Wallets.ng app on google play, signup and upload your government issued ID, and within 24 hours you will be able to make payment on any international platform on earth. That's what I use on Google Play, youtube music and Godaddy.
