Much of these stomach issues comes from our body’s inability to properly digest certain nutrients in beans .
The way we cook and eat our bean can be killing us slowly due to the chemical present inside

2 . Wash the beans

By washing the beans will help you to remove dust and clean the beans properly before you place it on fire, you can wash it with salt for a better result

3 . After boiling for thirty minutes, then drain the beans to remove all form of chemicals used for preserving the beans that can harm you and cause food poisoning.

4 . cook for 2 hours or more and allow it to be properly cooked, apply enough red oil so that you don’t fart anyhow when you consume the cooked beans.
