As in, Nigeria case be like: the higher the testing, the lower the confirmed cases.

The highest confirmed cases recorded a day was 790 or so, and the testing done then was around 3000-something.

Nigeria increase in COVID-19 cases is towing the downward curve...Wawu!!

We shouldn't be surprised when they eventually do testing of about 50000 and the confirmed cases is pegged at 2 (Nigeria wonder is just in play).
