Buy A House Or Build On A Land ... Which Should I Do by Ememeubee: 10:48pm On Jul 19, 2020
Hey guys
Pls help advice on what to do.

I found a property that was up for sale at a good location in the heart of a town that goes for a good price, but I may have to do renovations ( changing the roof) etc .
Do I build on an existing plot of mine ( which is actually in a good location too) or purchase the other one and do renovations ?

Builders please get in and advice

Thanks

What you have determine what you want to do. on your land cost of building. the property you want to buy & renovate cost implication. consider this 2 factors before you decide what to do
