My Lexus Es 330 05 car tyres came with 215 60/16rims,
Just last week I changed the four tyres to maxxis 215 65/16rims which is a bigger tyre to the previous one that came with the from US,

Reasoning for creating this thread is that if the bigger tyres from 60 to 65 not have effect on the car moment?
please I need advise.

First, you have a bigger weight on your turning shaft. This means your engine will need more turning force (TORQUE ) to turn the bigger tyres. This might increase fuel consumption.

Second, each full turn of your tyres makes you cover more distance as your tyres have greater circumference.

Third, check the allowance between the front tyres and suspension system. Make there is enough allowance to avoid contact when you are making full turns of the wheels.

Fourth, it lends aesthetics and ergonomics to your car.
Just check the pros and cons. Weigh the gain against the pain.

Make your research. I stand to be corrected.
