Ice cream with fruit salad, trust me, itz the best !

fruit salad is not the best of at all, normally its good you eat fruits an hour or two before
your meal,
for example after your lunch you eat a banana as dessert, it wont do anytin in your body cos
banana is a very heavy food, and with the food you at it wont have enof space to start digestion
unlike if you eat it two hours before your meal!

It advisable dat for for lunch, u could have a yoghurt, somtin sweet like a cake, an ice cream!
and for dinner lot of vegetables n fruits, do it in a month n u go see wonders!

It sad we dont eat well in niaja, and dis why majority of use are having premature aging, looking older dan we seem!
